The Residential Rebate Scheme for Water Efficient Products has been updated to ensure a consistent approach across the Rockhampton Regional Council area. From July 1, 2008 residents throughout the Rockhampton Regional Council area have been able to apply for rebates on the purchase and installation of washing machines, rainwater tanks, shower heads and dual flush toilets.

The rebates are available to property owners and tenants registered at the tenancy address on the Australian Electoral Roll and who have purchased and installed eligible water saving products after July 1, 2008.
Only one claim of each rebate type will be processed for each eligible applicant. The rebate is for retrofit of water efficient devices in residential premises only (except for new washing machines which are eligible for new premises).
